What Happens After You Schedule

Simple. Structured. No pressure.

1. Confirm & Review

You’ll hear directly from me to confirm details and understand your situation before the visit.

2. On-Site Evaluation

I inspect your roof, document findings with photos, and answer your questions clearly and honestly on site.

3. Clear Next Steps

You’ll know whether to file a claim, request a scope review, or move forward without insurance — with confidence.

No obligation. No high-pressure sales. Just clarity.

Not Sure Where You Stand?

Most homeowners I work with fall into one of these three situations.

1. You Suspect Storm Damage

You’ve noticed missing shingles, hail marks, or neighbors getting new roofs. I provide a structured inspection and clear documentation so you know if filing a claim makes sense.

2. You Filed & Need A Scope Review

An adjuster has inspected your property and provided a scope of work. I review it line by line and compare it to site conditions so you know if anything was missed or underwritten.

3. You’re Replacing Without Insurance

Your roof is aging or damaged and you plan to replace it out of pocket. I walk you through materials, installation standards, and warranty coverage so you know exactly what you’re investing in.

If this sounds like your situation, let’s take the next step.

FAQs

What happens during a professional roof evaluation?

I personally inspect your roof, take detailed photos, document any damage, and review your situation with you clearly. If insurance is involved, I explain what qualifies and what does not. If it is retail, I outline material options and next steps. You leave knowing exactly where you stand.

Should I file an insurance claim before having it inspected?

In most cases, no. Filing a claim without knowing whether there is functional damage can create unnecessary claim history. A professional evaluation helps you determine whether filing makes sense before involving your carrier.

What if my claim was denied or only partially approved?

If you have an insurance scope, I can review it with you. Many times items are missed or underwritten incorrectly. We compare the scope to actual site conditions and determine whether supplementation or reinspection is justified.

Is there any obligation or pressure to move forward?

No. The purpose of this evaluation is clarity. If your roof does not qualify for insurance or does not need replacement, I will tell you. If it does, we discuss the best next step. No high pressure sales.

How long does the evaluation take?

Most on site evaluations take about 45 to 60 minutes depending on roof size and complexity. If we review insurance documentation, it may take slightly longer to go through everything thoroughly.

Do I need to be home during the inspection?

It is preferred so we can review findings together. If you cannot be home, I can still inspect and provide documentation, then schedule a follow up call to walk through everything clearly.

What areas do you serve?

I serve Chicago and surrounding suburbs, including the North Shore and greater Chicagoland area.

What if I just need a retail roof replacement?

That is perfectly fine. I evaluate the condition of your current roof, discuss material options, pricing expectations, warranties, and timeline so you can move forward confidently without involving insurance.
